Client Obligations

When engaging our services, you agree to:

• Maintain confidentiality of shared project information
• Cooperate in good faith throughout the project lifecycle

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in deliverables created under a project agreement shall be assigned to the client upon full payment. We retain the right to use general knowledge and skills gained during engagements.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may incur interest charges.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaaS Production shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, you shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
